Concerning bagpipes: The Irish invented them and gave them to the Scots as a joke, and the Scots haven’t seen the joke yet.

This is insulting to me. The bagpipes are a very wonderful musical instrument and have been part of the Scottish culture (never-the-less, MY culture) for years. The Irish never invented them, and there is no joke behind them. This is not funny, only insulting.
